CREATING HEALTH

CREATING HEALTH – Research and Innovation Funding is  an Initiative created to attract funding for Innovation and Research (I&R) in Health, with initial focus on the European Union R&I framework programme, HORIZON 2020, and under the coordination of the Public Health area of Instituto de Ciências da Saúde (ICS) of the Catholic University of Portugal (UCP).

We are an initiative created through the support of multiple institutions and that differentiates itself by providing a public, non-profit service, specialized in Health.

CREATE VALUE IN HEALTH

The CREATING HEALTH office is addressed to all entities whether coming from the academic universe, scientific institutions, health institutions, non-governmental organizations, like patients associations, as well as public and private business companies.

This department provides support for raising public (national and european) and private funds [particularly from foundations and other philanthropic and community institutions (crowdfunding)] directed to Health. CREATING HEALTH also aims to promote philanthropic, scientific, educational and cultural activities.

CREATING HEALTH’S ORGANIC STRUCTURE

CREATING HEALTH is composed of an Executive Committee, a non-Executive Committee, a Board of Founders, a Social Council and a Scientific and Ethical Council.
